Vitamin D has many benefits and may even be helpful for some skin conditions when applied topically. Many people are deficient in Vitamin D and while taking a supplement orally is typically the best solution, it can also be applied to the skin.
I already take vitamin D3 as a supplement so I cannot attest to the efficacy of this cream in terms of boosting your vitamin D level in a blood test, but I was excited to try AnuMed - Vitamin D3 with Magnesium 10,000 IU Oil-Free Cream on my skin for some patches of psoriasis. It was easy to apply and is moisturizing to the skin without adding oils.
At first I thought the pump on my bottle was defective because nothing was coming out after dozens of presses, but when I turned the bottle upside down, it started to work well. The added magnesium and Hyaluronic Acid are nice additions to make this a well-rounded topical cream.
It seems to be calming to my skin and has improved the appearance of the redness in the area that I've applied it.
