Natural Melatonin Cream 5mg with Magnesium

At first when I saw this product, I felt a bit skeptical that it would work for me. I struggle with sleep, so I wanted to give it a try just to see what would happen. It didn't immediately put me to sleep the first few nights, but the longer I used it, the more I feel it helped. The scent of the product is pleasant and not overwhelming. You get a minty/menthol scent. The product does not make your skin feel oily or greasy on my skin. I believe after using it for a bit, it did begin to help me fall asleep. I typically rubbed the product on my legs and arms, mostly. Worth a try if you struggle with sleep.

This stuff really works and it smells great too. I hadn’t ever heard of melatonin coming in lotion form so I was surprised to see it lol. I put it on my neck, arms, chest and legs and I could tell not long after using it that I started to seem a lot more tired then usual lol. I also like that it doesn’t dry or irritate my skin at all so it’s a win win lol. I’ve already ordered me another bottle to have put up because I don’t want to run out lol, if you have any trouble at all falling asleep and don’t like taking medicine, I would highly suggest trying this, it absolutely does work, I highly recommend!!
