Natural Magnesium Chloride Cream 50mg

It was recommended when I was in the ER to use a magnesium cream to help with my extra heartbeats. It seems to be helping.

I like that this magnesium cream causes no itching on the skin at all. It has a consistency that looks like a creamy lotion. It’s very easy to apply. I like that it absorbs well into the skin without leaving any residue behind. I use it on myself as well as my children.

I recommend magnesium rub to everybody. There's a variety of different brands out there. This one comes out easily with the pump. It rubs in easily. It's made in the USA. It has many benefits. It doesn't always help everyone. But it's worth the shot. My husband was having sore knees and he said he felt better after using this. I use it often when I have any pain/soreness. I am a believer in this! Having those extra minerals in this is a bonus as well.

My mom used this when she was getting a cramp in her ankle and foot and it wouldn't go away, just kept coming in waves. She probably hadn't eaten well that day. I gave her this to try and it immediately helped when rubbed on the area.
I got it to add to my tools to help with chronic pain. It doesn't help me much for that. I feel the direcrions are kind of confusing about application and rotating it to different sites. I did that but also put it on the pain sites instead. A full pump also goes a loooonnnnggg way. It is not sticky and leaves no residue. I think it would help for restless legs at night.
I recommend for cramps or Charlie horses, not chronic pain.

I've always had a problem with leg cramps at night. As I have gotten older, they have gotten more frequent and more severe. I have been able to somewhat moderate them with supplements. So they are not as frequent and not as severe but they do happen occasionally.

I was looking for something that would provide quick relief when cramps do occur. Someone suggested looking for Magnesium Cream. I found this and gave it a try. It works well.

So now if I wake up and feel a cramp in progress (I normally wake up before a cramp hits peak pain). I get up and rub this on the area that is cramping. Very quickly the cramp subsides and I can get back to sleep. I don't know of anything that works faster and stopping a nighttime leg cramp.

The cream dispenses well, no bad smells, feels OK on my skin. Nothing special as a skin lotion, but I'm not using it for that purpose. It does seem to quickly dissipate the cramps and that is what I was looking for.
